They sound good but have a terrible time pairing with my iPhone 12 Pro Max , especially working time in security or driving fields plus they don’t have a case to put them in that i can attach to my luggage or go bag i was really excited to but these over the new air pod pros but i ended up returning them in less than ten days of having them

Great Product, these Beats sound great, fit comfortable, and have long lasting battery life. For the price you pay for these is a great deal.

Headphones come with a totally different charger with no wall adapter piece. It’s sold separate and is an additional $20. Also the headphones do not stay in your ear when moving about or exercising. They should take the tech they put in these into the wireless Powerbeats.

These are great but i should've got the protection plan because the ear pieces are easy to lose.

These just don't have any depth of sound not worth the price in my opinion .... Buy the regular ones

Worst headphones I’ve ever bought. Don’t waste your money. I got them for running to connect to my Apple Watch and they disconnect every 30 seconds. I can no longer return them, because the return policy is apparently only two weeks. Terrible return policy

Very good ear buds my kids love it away using it at all time listening to music, watching YouTube videos and movies. They last a long time.

When I put these in my ears they were VERY uncomfortable even when I changed out the silicone ear pieces. Also, when I got these they wouldn’t charge right. I don’t recommend. Instead of these, get AirPods. They are way more comfortable in my opinion.

The volume was too low and the connectivity was soptty.

Do not buy it from Bestbuy. The geek squad associate and manager wasn't willing to assist me. The sn was a little faded and she said she can not help me i took a picture of it to blow it up and i was able to show them that the sn matches but she was worried about getting a ding and chargeback from apple. Bad service.

Not very noise canceling at all. Battery will die after a few hours of use. Do not recommend. Plus you can not control volume from headphones, you have to grab your phone to either turn it up or turn it down. Not worth the price.

Use this for working out and do what I need them to do. They sound great and never have any connectivity issues. They also stay in place!

No battery life at all!!! I have had these things for 3 weeks and allowed them to charge completely, they die after 3 or 4 hrs, I am most definitely returning

insurance. they dont change ur earbuds if one gets lost

The fit isn’t great. Lack of controls is also a reason for the low score. However overall audio quality either connected to mobile device or laptop when the microphone is being used is absolutely horrible.

Connection problems keep disconnecting from the device

If I turn them up to loud it makes this static sound they don’t feel as loud as the red beats
