I loved these initally, but when i tried to use them on a phone call, 90% of the time the other person couldnt hear me. After a few weeks, my iphone would not detect them and i would have to disconnect and reconnect. I returned them.

Good head phones, just has some connection issues that I get tired of dealing with every time is occurs..

Was gifted a pair for Christmas. They were purchased on Black Friday and gifted over christmas. The charging case quit working 2 weeks ago rendering the ear buds useless. Disappointed in this product..

These are the worst BEATS I've ever puchased. I have the BeatFkex and headphones. These are literally ONLY decent for listening to music. The audio quality or lack there of for phone calls ia HORRIBLE!!

These are a good pair of headphones but if you are coming from Airpod Pros you will not be happy. They have way less sensors than the Airpods, transparency mode is the worst I have ever seen and they just aren't the best. For the price they are decent. But if you are coming from Airpods you will not be happy.

The sound quality was great but they wouldn’t stay in my ears. Especially during activity like the gym or running.

Good sound quality but the fit is terrible like seriously if you charging this much for your product the quality Must be there . They shouldn’t be falling out my ear while im working into the cracks now lost forever would not recommend if your looking for something that will fit and stay in your ear

This one pairs nicely with iPhone, no connectivity issues. Good quality sound. Okay for work out, needs repeated adjustments as it wants to come loose while working out/running/jogging.

No ability to charge them since they do not come with a charger. (the cable they give does not plug into the wall outlet, therefore, considering it as no charger provided) You only get a USB C cable, which isn't the standard USB, so you can not plug it into your laptop, or your cell phone charger. You'll have to purchase a charger for these. Shame on Beats Also no ability to use them since they do not come with any instructions, just a brief mention of how to pair them. No explanation as to the features or what each button does and how to use them. Terrible! Premium product that went cheap on the basics.

I just bought these yesterday (unopened box by the way) and I was excited to use them. I had to exchange my previous headphones jbl's from the same best buy because the left earbud wouldn't work correctly and would not connect. Thinking that these headphones would be good I got them. FIRST DAY I OPENED THE BOX THE SOUND WAS SUPER CHOPPY AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. I am very upset that each headphones I get here don't end up working. It's ridiculous. That's not the only issue I have a phone I bought at best buy that sometimes freezes up on its own too but if I go back I have to pay $40 extra out of my pocket because I opened the box.

Were average headphones. Started sweating doing whatever I was doing and the left one completely stopped working. Of course not covered under waranty. Save money buy a different brand.

In less than six months my right ear bud gets heavy static while I run. The left is never had an issue. I attempted to use my Geek Squad but they stated since they cannot reproduce it go talk to Apple :( Very disappointed in the product i was looking for a quality bluetooth audio to work out with. For now I have to remove my right ear bud because it gets worse and worse as my workout goes on.

Music playing for the buds are good sound quality. As far as phone calls, the playback quality needs improvement and it sounds rather spotty at times.
