Great sound quality but fits horribly in ear

The only thing I don’t like it how they fit, the left one feels as if it isn’t made correctly and does not fit into my very well, sometimes I’ll switch them up & put the left in my right ear.

But, other then that this is a good product, good sound and comfortable.

He said they are amazing and uses them while talking on his cell at work hands free. The sound is very clear and there is no background noise.
