False advertisement, or maybe i got a faulty pair.

Ive swapped the rubber bits to see if its just the way they fit, didnt really notice much of a difference. The over ears are way better

I lost a $70 pair of Sonys prior to this purchase,they were a bit bulky, but they sounded way better!
