Looks great but didn’t last!

Automatically connecting to my phone and the buds won’t charge. I went looking online and found that other customer were having the same issue. Sucks because I’m out of range for returning so I guess I have to contact the manufacturer

I thought this was a good brand to buy for the price I paid for them, Item no longer returnable Jan 14 stuck with it. Not option for exchange total loss.
