Pre ordered didnt get the Beats until 6 days later

I believe you guys sold me used headphones the left headphone has a loud static sound in background and I’m not able to hear in it

Open box rated excellent. Stopped working 20 days after receiving them. Was told they were out of the return period. I asked to return and pay the difference for a brand new pair, was told no. Many other options for purchase. Will go elsewhere next time.

Noise canceling has been going on for over 3 months. They would not exchange them I was under warranty

I didn't like this item and tried to get help because i brought a new item that didn't work and never got it resolved

Bad and I would not buy them again. They don’t stay in my ears with any size and the battery life is sub par to my JBl ear buds.

Hate them! I want to return them but have misplaced them. No one can hear me only my back ground. Someone said they’re only good to listen to music.

Sound quality is trash and they don’t charge well. I’ve had them for a week and a half and I have never been able to charge them to full capacity with me having them on the charger for hours on end. The connection time to sync them to your phone is slow.

Poor quality and echoes voice while in the call with someone. When ever I talk on the phone, other side hear their own voice. It also does not set in the ears properly. Easily falls off.

I bought these beats and are severely unhappy with the quality. They fade in and out while in a gym with a lot of people, and the phone quality while on the phone with someone is horrible.

For the brand being Beats I expected the sound quality to be better. I could have saved money by buying just a cheap pair.

They keep falling out my ear. Sometimes the person on the other send say they can’t hear me and i sound muffled. I should have stuck with my AirPods .

I love the product I use it everyday! I had to get two one for me and the lady.

These are awful, sound quality is poor, battery life is poor, and man are they painful to wear even when you try the different ear pieces.

Bought during Black Friday. Ontrac lost product or stole product. Had to wait 20 days back and forth and finally got refund.

$100 down the drain i dont even get 3hrs of music play on a full charge the right ear bud dies 2 times faster that the left and it has chagring problems

Horrible battery life, weird software issues when trying to use just one headphone at a time.

Bought them for a family memeber they loved them so it was a great purchase!

Great idea for a gift ! They are nice and got some free months of music !
