Multiple people complained that they could not hear me clearly on the phone. I sent it in for the warranty for repair, they sent it back within a day and it still isn't fixed. They refuse to refund for faulty equipment and won't repair the existing pair correctly (it got sent back still broken). I can no longer use them for phone calls, which is why I purchased them. This is my second purchase from this brand (Beats by Dre) and the quality did not match the price both times. Never again. Also, battery life is very short both for the earbuds and the charging case. Overall, I think it's a $25 product sold with a high price tag. Avoid! It is the bane of my existence.

I just don’t like how these handle to place in the ear but I’m partial to the over the ear style. Sound quality is good, just don’t like how they feel when in my ear.
