Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just to give our point of view So my husband is a DJ. also has a great ear for music AFTER using AirPods He wanted to test these out to compare the sound quality he tried them out and after maybe 15 mins he's like NO WAY THESE DONT COMPARE TO AirPods Even adjusted sounds , tried music & movies . So now my review Wonder if it's just me I use one earbud at a time ......but multiple times after wearing these I feel a slight pain radiating down my neck. Amazing battery life

Love the transparent audio feature as I love to be outside so not only do I get amazing sound quality but I am also able to hear what's going on around me. I also love the simple yet helpful tap features for navigating music apps and phone calls.

Customer service didn't resolve the matter. Grateful I had earbuds tips from another device. Will not buy open box online again.
