Bought open box excellent. Far from excellent. No ear bud tips were included. Customer service didn't resolve the matter. Grateful I had earbuds tips from another device. Will not buy open box online again.

The aesthetic of the clear earbuds are perfect. Wish more companies designed their products this way. Love them!

good hearing aid. The material that this hearing aid is madeThe only unstable thing is the position of the ears that can sometimes come off. of is of high quality.

On iphone using these on the phone can be buggy, randomly muting you mic only fix is disconnecting and reconnecting gets wuite frustrating when you get muted mid conversation

Good, one issue would be I have to use both instead of single mode.

Great product and outside of not being able to track the pod itself you can only track it if its open on the pod or if ear buds are gone..

I really liked them but they didn’t disconnect when put in the case and would frequently have strange connection issues. Sadly I had to return them.

Sound quality wasn’t great and the buds wouldn’t stay in my ears. Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did

They are great for working out. The sounds is great. The mic is terrible for calls. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. No one can hear me during calls.

They are really good but the only thing is they don’t cancel out noise like I expected. They do good but not as good as I wanted.

My husband loves these, so use when in the living room and listening to something other than the TV.

They are pretty good! Sometimes they feel like they can fall out the ear when doing excessive movement

I bought them with a labeled condition being excellent, it was actually poor. When I received them the right earbuds transparency and noice cancelation settings did not work. It sounded like bubbles and constant wind blowing into just one side showing that it was obviously glitching. I had to literally go to the Apple Store to get it fixed.
