I have had this pair less than 6 months. The right bud practically has no volume even when turned all the way up. The left bud has static that at times sounds like a helicopter. Best Buy refused to exchange them although I have 24 months of Apple Care as well as the Best Buy Total Membership. I am not at all happy with Best Buy customer service or these Beats buds. I will not buy another pair.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they are discreet and fit decently. however, i cannot hear unless my volume is set to 50% or greater (ever since i unboxed them). additionally they easily slide out at the gym and other humid environments. since they aren't airpods they don't show up individually on Find My. there's also many times my phone is connected via bluetooth but sound plays from the phone anyway. overall pretty expensive for this many failings...
