Worst experience of my life

They keep disconnecting while I was listening them. Safe to say not the experience I had with this earbuds.

I’ll be on the phone and the other person won’t be able to hear me at all. I didn’t realize it was that bad until another person also told me they couldn’t hear me. I shouldn’t be having to disconnect my headphones each time and reconnect them.
