Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did

The device has a different design than airpods so that could be why but if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, they are not bad for the price but it should be noted that they work better with android than they would iphone but beyond they that are a solid buy especially in the transparent color

Only issue is the structure of them, now it can just be my ear shape. Idk? Its just hard for me to find a position for them to stay in my ears. All in all i guess i can say im satisfied.
