Very disappointed! Buds kept disconnecting and mic went in and out

Great. I love them people ask me where to get them they look good

On iphone using these on the phone can be buggy, randomly muting you mic only fix is disconnecting and reconnecting gets wuite frustrating when you get muted mid conversation

This is my second pair of Beats Studio Buds +. I have had this pair less than 6 months. The right bud practically has no volume even when turned all the way up. The left bud has static that at times sounds like a helicopter. Best Buy refused to exchange them although I have 24 months of Apple Care as well as the Best Buy Total Membership. I am not at all happy with Best Buy customer service or these Beats buds. I will not buy another pair.

Excellent but one of them was damaged in few months

Bought open box excellent. Far from excellent. No ear bud tips were included. Customer service didn't resolve the matter. Grateful I had earbuds tips from another device. Will not buy open box online again.

Fit perfect in ear,but the sound isn't really clear

I really liked them but they didn’t disconnect when put in the case and would frequently have strange connection issues. Sadly I had to return them.

They work like a charm with my iPhone but not all of the time Also I have trouble with the noise canceling feature now…. In the beats defense I have dropped them several times….

These new Beats are use Average the sound is great however the Bluetooth hone connection is not GOOD! I have an appointment w Apple support Tommorow

to each their own. if ur in market for ear buds its important to determine what you intend to use them for. ive narrowed my search down to either beats ear buds or apple pro. imo those are only options if u have an apple phone. beats is owned by apple and all the features and commectivity is seamless. why 3 stars. for me, beats pro was where i landed. they have the extra security of not falling out due to design. but some people might not like the deaign.( and everyone has apple pro)

They are great for working out. The sounds is great. The mic is terrible for calls. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. No one can hear me during calls.

Sound quality and noise cancellation is amazing but does not have pause when you remove one head bud . Disconnect from iPhone randomly sometimes.

Had to return these because they were not properly returned by the person that purchased them new, and Best Buy did not catch this. I took them back to the store and they would not even give me a discount to purchase another pair. I let the store manager know about my negative feelings toward this and let him know that I would not be shopping in the store anymore. He let me know in these exact words "I don't care if you shop here or not!" I did get a full refund but I do not plan to purchase from Best Buy again after that remark.

Good buds , great price good product. If your looking for some beats

I really like the transparent look but I'm not really happy with the way the buds fit into my ears. I sweat in my ears and they often fall out. I'm afraid that one day they will drop in the toilet or I will lose them. The sound is very crisp and there are many wonderful features to them. I just don't like the fit.

The aesthetic of the clear earbuds are perfect. Wish more companies designed their products this way. Love them!
