I had high hopes for these earbuds especially because a Best Buy employee recommended them. The employee had recently bought a pair for himself and loved them. We were looking for an earbud that would cancel out background noise while on the phone. I can say that these are great for cancelling out background noise but when you're speaking the call quality is horrible!! It's to the point where you hear every other word or it sounds like you're underwater or like you're talking through a pillow!! We have played around with the settings in the app with no luck. If anyone has any suggestions I would like to hear them because we are at our wits end with these ear buds. We bought 2 of the same models in the transparent and black.

Sound quality is good and have no complaints about them but the 4 starts is because there’s not many color options

Excellent upgrade from the first generation in every single way. The negative review(s) are from people who don’t know how to wear earbuds properly and then complain about them not being good.

A far cry from audiophile iem’s but the sound quality, ease of use, in ear fit, and sleek look make for a compelling set of in ear headphones that anyone would be satisfied with.

Noise canceling works great. The fite is ok they do tend to.fall ou of my ears occasionally

Works great use everyday at auto repair shop. Thought the transparent might get dirty but it's way better than white. Lasts all day charges in like 5 minutes

They do the basic capabilities of wireless earbuds. They do have a pretty long battery life

Overall they are great earbuds. It sometimes struggles to reconnect and I have had to reset the things but it’s very easy to do so I don’t mind.

They took forever to get into pairing mode, but after that they work great. Employees worked hard to get me the ones I was looking for.

The earbuds are just ok. I don’t know if they pair well with apple products. The pair I have seems to not work well with my iPhone 16 pro max. I should have gotten an another pair of iPods pros.

I love these. I used to use the Bose QC at the gym but my ears got too sweaty so I switched to these bad boys they’re epic

Sound quality is amazing! I purchased the Bose earbuds that were three times the price of Dre beats and these win by a mile

Needed a replacement for AirPods. These are perfect, good sound and noise cancellation works great. Love the transparent look, reminds me of gameboys back in the day

They sound great playing music but the phone call volume for whoever you're talking to is not very good and clear, you sound like you're far away

Enjoying new beats. Love the new color. The color was my determine factor to purchase this style. I have own beats in the past. Perfect upgrade

I wanted to love these so much. I had multiple issues with this headset. 1) it never stayed connected to my phone. Even if I was sitting next to it the whole day, it would disconnect. 2) I was unimpressed by the hands-free features. Being Beats by Dre is an Apple-owned product, you'd think they'd make it possible to adjust the volume by some sort of gesture on either of the buds. It won't. You have to use voice control and even then it's shotty. 3) The call quality on my set was awful. 4) I needed better noise cancellation. Apple Airpods do the job 10x better BUT mine are worn out (2 years old) and I wanted something different. These were better than the $400 Hewitt and Bowkers buds I tried though. 5) Terrible battery life.

The quality of this product is very clear, not to mention how cool it is to bea clear and your customer service was phenomenal!
