This is the one beats product that I have really liked. I only wish they had covering to make it a little more comfortable when wearing plus maybe a beats custom sound equalizer for a more personal experience.

I love them! The music sounds great and the calls are clear.

I bought open box excellent. The item was poorly checked and cleaned. Seems earwax of previous used person struck on both buds. Disgusting to see them. Not expecting this kind of product on open box excellent from Best Buy. This is poor standards of checks done by bestbuy.

The best headphones hands down!!! All the features of the AirPod pro but cheaper and more stylish.

They were so nice the color the fit everything, they were the cutest color and they fit amazingly in my ear , only downside is they felt really cheap and the transparency mode wasn’t that great

They do fall out of your ears. The design is kind of nostalgic to the gameboy color/advance days which I love, but these were made for everyday use. Not ideal for the gym.

[Employee of bestbuy] They looks and feel great! However the noise cancellation isnt as good as the airpods pro gen 2, which makes sense from the two price points. But overall significantly better from the gen 2-3 AirPods.

Physical quality of the exterior design is simple smooth texture and quality design is slick. The downside I had overall is the internal connection signal with the beats is horrible. Keeps connecting and disconnecting. I factory reset it like 10,000 times and still does the same thing. I am disappointed.

I do not recommend purchasing these! Trying to listen to anything they give off a terrible static sound. Upon looking up ways to fix this and after trying all the suggestions I found a Reddit thread of other people who have had this problem since the beats released saying that it seems Beats has no intention of fixing this issue. Try a different headphone or brand entirely. I was very excited we were finally getting our translucent tech items back but I guess not

They were very helpful and my pickup was quick and painless. I always order my electronics from Best Buy because im guaranteed that peace of mind and always know my products will be protected with the insurance options they have.

They are okay for the price. I do not use then very much so that a why I bought these instead of the apple pods

These are the earbuds you need to consider if you want all around good performance. Some instances where it got tinny, but it was rare.

The Best Buy employee was very helpful in helping me decide on these pair of Bluetooth earbuds have been using them a ton since the purchase !
