These Beats Studio Buds Plus work perfectly for personal use. For example, watching a show/listening to music by myself. But i can’t hear or be heard during calls, everything is really low on both ends. Also when i try to SharePlay for music or whatever, I can’t hear anything unless i disconnect and play from my speaker. I bought a few electronic devices for Christmas/Black Friday and this was my only regret. And I know the issue is the buds because I’ve switched to other devices (including my Beats Solos) and have not had any of those issues. I know all the other features are fine, but SharePlay is a large part of my everyday livelihood so it sucks to not to be able to utilize the feature due to these earphones.

I know they will be great and after these i wont have to buy anymore. I ❤️ the style and color of this product. I kniw i will be completely satisfied. I saw a lot of excellent reviews. I love music and i must have great sound quality and excellent performance. For all my favorite songs.

The transparency looks cool. XS ear tips work great

I have two and they both randomly mute all the time

I was very disappointed with these… I was hoping for good ANC and sound and both disappointed me… Also, kept cutting out!

The constantly fall out and I feel like I’m always readjusting in my ear. Ears lobes get sore by the end of the day

These are garbage, they constantly drop connection. Voice calls sound like you’re at the bottom of the ocean. If you’re an Apple user just stick to AirPods. Also Apple doesn’t repair these in store.

Absolutely worst headphones I’ve ever had in my life. WishI could give it zero stars.Had to return them three days later.

Microphone is not up to apple AirPods Pro 2 quality which I also have. Range is also much less compared to AirPods Pro 2.

When using these it's great for listening to music but when talking on these people can hardly hear you

A week after purchasing in the middle of a call the person wasn’t able to hear me. I tried to return to Best Buy where I purchased basically told me that the return date had expired and that has been their policy for 5yrs. So I had to contact apple and send it to them to inspect and figure out what the problem with the earbuds. Now I have to wait and see if apple will replace or repair the problem with these new earbuds.

Great but only lasted 14 months you be better going to Sony, sennheiser or jbl.

By Far the worst headphones I have ever purchased. I only used them twice and both times the person either couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled. I ended up taking them back due to this issue. There was no point in keeping them if I couldn't be heard. They also fell out of my ears the two times I did wear them and try to talk on them. I have another pair of beats that I love but these were crap.

Bought these for my wife. She complains they hurt her ears compared to her old Beats. When we talk on the phone it is hard to hear her almost like the microphone is bad in them.

My experience purchasing my Beats Studio earbuds was far from good. When I received the item, only one earbud worked. After numerous calls and configuring, Best Buy settled to tell me they couldn’t replace my defective item but only refund me. After discussing placing another purchase for a “replacement”, but an entirely new purchase, the customer representative told me there was a bulk shipment damaged and this particular item could not be replaced. Heads up- buy in store and test them out there to make sure they actually work.

I was super excited about this product until the right bud started to crackle in less than a month. Come to find out, Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days! If I would have know that at time of purchase, I would not have spent $190 just to enjoy something for a month.

Not loud enough and can't adjust volume. Battery life not lasting and irritating in ear

Nothing special about these earbuds. My 20 dollar earbuds are actually better because these earbuds do not fit comfortably in your ears.
