I have to remove my headphones every time I get a call. It’s super inconvenient especially in 2023. Bonus: I’ve had them a little over a month and only charged them once since opening and I am a heavy music listener!!!

They sound pretty good too but the one glaring issue which is why im returning is the noise cancellation hiss. In transparency and anc there is a noticeable and distracting hiss. Much louder than the airpod pros and galaxy buds2 pro.

It looks exactly like the picture. Amazing sound quality, and the fact it comes in with built of glass outside or background Sound awareness is very convenient.
