Man i love them i can almost go all day when i run

Best earbuds ive ever owned and they were on sale.

When using these it's great for listening to music but when talking on these people can hardly hear you

Microphone is not up to apple AirPods Pro 2 quality which I also have. Range is also much less compared to AirPods Pro 2.

The transparency looks cool. XS ear tips work great

I used them at work, I used the right one first and 3 hours later it said to charge so I switched to the other side and it lasted the same amount of time, I worked 8 hours and it only worked for at least 5 till it died

The headphones were good only for listening to music. The audio quality for calls and FaceTime was bad.

The sound quality is horrible and the phone connection sicks... I am disappointed.

I was super excited about this product until the right bud started to crackle in less than a month. Come to find out, Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days! If I would have know that at time of purchase, I would not have spent $190 just to enjoy something for a month.

Don’t like them sound is mid and they’re always falling out

Very disappointed. Night and day from the true fit earbuds. Mic barely pics up on calls and sound quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Sound quality and noise cancellation is amazing but does not have pause when you remove one head bud . Disconnect from iPhone randomly sometimes.

They have a constant hiss noise and randomly switch to transparency mode I've have cheaper headphones that were better.

after 3 weeks using it my beats stopped working, sent it to beats they couldn't fix it and I took the beats to best buy and they couldn't fix it neither. best buy didn't replaced the beats, I lost my money.

they are not the best people tell me that they can't hear me so I'm really want to return them.

Horrible!!! Do not get these. People are not lying about the sound cuts in and out. And forget trying to talk on the phone with them. To make matters worse I tried returning them and was told I couldn’t BEFORE the last day to return. So now I’m stuck with crap $200 headphones that Best Buy wouldn’t honor my return.

Yes I can hear a video or music but my ear pieces won’t stay in my ears reoccurring fixation

Compared to Beats Fit Pro these are absolutely horrible, pay the extra bit and get them. After 3 years the wing on one of mine had ripped so i figured id try another style instead, bad mistake. ANC is trash compared to the Fits "Bass? What's that?" - Studio Buds 2k25 Volume level even as well definitely nowhere near the Fits.

Nothing special about these earbuds. My 20 dollar earbuds are actually better because these earbuds do not fit comfortably in your ears.

Ears were bothered after hour of use. Not because of the sound. I guess the shape of the product just wasnt for my ears.
