Best present for my boyfriend, made him super happy :D

They slip and fall out of my ears. Sound is ok, but there are some issues with callers not being able to hear me while wearing them.

The earbuds are perfect for every occasion and would recommend them to everyone

I HATE that I purchased them. The microphone is horrible, I can be in the middle of a call and the sound just goes out to where I can hear the other caller but they can’t hear me. If I’m listening to music they will disconnect from my phone. I wish I could return them but I am past the return date. I don’t know what to do with them because they are truly garbage….I wasted my money

A week after purchasing in the middle of a call the person wasn’t able to hear me. I tried to return to Best Buy where I purchased basically told me that the return date had expired and that has been their policy for 5yrs. So I had to contact apple and send it to them to inspect and figure out what the problem with the earbuds. Now I have to wait and see if apple will replace or repair the problem with these new earbuds.

By Far the worst headphones I have ever purchased. I only used them twice and both times the person either couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled. I ended up taking them back due to this issue. There was no point in keeping them if I couldn't be heard. They also fell out of my ears the two times I did wear them and try to talk on them. I have another pair of beats that I love but these were crap.

Loved it great style and best buy employees are always courteous.
