The sound isn’t very loud at max volume and the bass is bearly noticeable . When your on a call the microphone will pick your voice up and then drop it randomly so the other person will hear literally nothing for a sec . I’m not sure if it’s having hard time trying to cancel the background noise but these buds do have that issue . I baught 2 pairs for me and my gf, they both have the same issues . I really wanted to like these because they look cool ! But just 50$ more i would just recommend the AirPods honestly .

I previously had Bose QC II but was so tired of connectivity issues that I decided to give Beats a try. It may not have the strongest ANC, but I’ll take flawless connectivity over the best ANC any day. They fit comfortably and sound great. I am very pleased with my purchase.
