Buyer beware of open box online

Customer service didn't resolve the matter. Grateful I had earbuds tips from another device. Will not buy open box online again.

Not a Good Fit

I sweat in my ears and they often fall out. I'm afraid that one day they will drop in the toilet or I will lose them. The sound is very crisp and there are many wonderful features to them. I just don't like the fit.

Normally I'm against apple/beats products as I've seen them fail often in the past. With these I've been informed otherwise and decided to give them a shot.
