Worked great for music etc. It didn't work well enough for improving telephone conversations, which was our reason for purchasing.

This isn't the first time I've purchased beats headphones. I've only several pair and the result are always the same. The sound quality was great at the beginning, but within the month, I was already noticing a difference in quality now the left earbud seems like it has a busted speaker and it's too late to return the product or exchange. This is the exact reason why I haven't purchased this brand in years. I was hoping that since Apple bought them, the quality had improved. you're mostly paying for a brand recognition.

I got these for my daughter because she lost one of her Apple earbuds. She liked them, but not as well as her Apple product. I now have them and don’t care for buds, but I like them. Sound is great!

Nice upgrade from the first generation earbuds. From the noise cancellation improvements, sound quality and call quality. Can’t go wrong with this.

Music sound quality is phenomenal. Noise cancellation is great. Easy to pair. My biggest disappointment was the audio call. Constantly had to repeat myself during calls. I was told my voice sounded like a robot and that my sentences would be cut off. I am disappointed. I will be returning and searching for a replacement of another brand.

Nice product working like it should would buy again

Battery life is exceptional. I can go an entire shift without recharging the buds.
