The noise cancelling on these earbuds is far superior than its predecessor. They connect to your phone far faster than the downgraded version and have a far crisper sound.

Not the vibration, just the sound. I was able to get some sleep while running referidgerated trailers.

I took them back to the store and they would not even give me a discount to purchase another pair. I let the store manager know about my negative feelings toward this and let him know that I would not be shopping in the store anymore. He let me know in these exact words "I don't care if you shop here or not!" I did get a full refund but I do not plan to purchase from Best Buy again after that remark.

But sometimes, they just stop picking up me talking and when I am on the phone, people cant hear me and I have to hang up and call back.
