The sound quality is pretty good but to be an apple product and not be able to connect automatically to an iPhone when the buds are put in is unnecessary

Uncomfortable after long time

I tried all the sizes and none of them felt very secure or comfortable. Sound is okay, but the case is bulky and feels tacky.

Don't last long

I've only several pair and the result are always the same. The sound quality was great at the beginning, but within the month, I was already noticing a difference in quality now the left earbud seems like it has a busted speaker and it's too late to return the product or exchange. This is the exact reason why I haven't purchased this brand in years. I was hoping that since Apple bought them, the quality had improved. you're mostly paying for a brand recognition.
