Not Happy with Best Buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return these because they were not properly returned by the person that purchased them new, and Best Buy did not catch this. I took them back to the store and they would not even give me a discount to purchase another pair. I let the store manager know about my negative feelings toward this and let him know that I would not be shopping in the store anymore. He let me know in these exact words "I don't care if you shop here or not!" I did get a full refund but I do not plan to purchase from Best Buy again after that remark.

Love the transparent audio feature as I love to be outside so not only do I get amazing sound quality but I am also able to hear what's going on around me. I also love the simple yet helpful tap features for navigating music apps and phone calls.

Underwhelming ! The hype is unreal

Yes they connect to iPhone similar to airpods but they just lack oomph! The volume even after messing with the settings was just underwhelming. May be great for some but not for me. I’ll stick with my Sony earbuds thanks.
