Defective item, defective satisfaction

When I received the item, only one earbud worked. After numerous calls and configuring, Best Buy settled to tell me they couldn’t replace my defective item but only refund me. After discussing placing another purchase for a “replacement”, but an entirely new purchase, the customer representative told me there was a bulk shipment damaged and this particular item could not be replaced. Heads up- buy in store and test them out there to make sure they actually work.

Voice calls sound like you’re at the bottom of the ocean. If you’re an Apple user just stick to AirPods. Also Apple doesn’t repair these in store.
