Compared to Beats Fit Pro these are absolutely horrible, pay the extra bit and get them. After 3 years the wing on one of mine had ripped so i figured id try another style instead, bad mistake. ANC is trash compared to the Fits "Bass? What's that?" - Studio Buds 2k25 Volume level even as well definitely nowhere near the Fits.

Horrible!!! Do not get these. People are not lying about the sound cuts in and out. And forget trying to talk on the phone with them. To make matters worse I tried returning them and was told I couldn’t BEFORE the last day to return. So now I’m stuck with crap $200 headphones that Best Buy wouldn’t honor my return.

The sound quality is not good. I unfortunately had to return. I am a fan of the beats and have purchased other products in past. However these are not good

I wouldn’t recommend them. After a month of use the sound was terrible, they didn’t replace them and the repairs were absurdly bad!

Experiencing that i can't always be heard on the call.

Microphone is not working properly. Not much comfortable in ear.

Product doesn’t really work all that great on Apple devices even tho Beats are MADE by APPLE. You’re better off picking up AirPods.

after 3 weeks using it my beats stopped working, sent it to beats they couldn't fix it and I took the beats to best buy and they couldn't fix it neither. best buy didn't replaced the beats, I lost my money.

Only hold charge for about an hour. Hoping there is a fix.

Didnt stay in ears long, the audio wasnt as great as i was hoping it would be.

The noise cancelation worked top tier day 1-5. Now it not as efficient. That's my only gripe.

Noise cancelling feature is Finicky. Battery life is ok. Honestly not worth the money.

They have a constant hiss noise and randomly switch to transparency mode I've have cheaper headphones that were better.

Here it is September and they do not work. They actually stop working two months ago. The noise cancellation…No help from the gene bar and Apple just wants me to purchase more.

I think the regular mode is better or i just cant get use to these yet

I am stuck with these after trying many earbuds. These hurt and aren’t comfortable even when switching the ear piece. They consistently drop and don’t connect to my iPhone. I wouldn’t recommend.

Tons of connectivity issues with iPhone 15 Promax and iPad. This is my third Beats purchase and by far the worst.

How can I leave a review for my Beats which I purchased on Cyber Monday and according to Fedex Tracking has been loaded on the Fedex Truck and out for delivery since 12/4/24 and no delvery has been done. Ive contacted both Best Buy and Fedex to to ask wheres my shipment. Fedex doesnt know where it is and told to wait, called Best Buy 4 days ago and asked them to resend the purchase, guess what no updates from Best Buy.
