A WASTE OF MONEY

The microphone is horrible, I can be in the middle of a call and the sound just goes out to where I can hear the other caller but they can’t hear me. If I’m listening to music they will disconnect from my phone. I wish I could return them but I am past the return date. I don’t know what to do with them because they are truly garbage….I wasted my money

The warranty period isn’t what it used to be.

I tried to return to Best Buy where I purchased basically told me that the return date had expired and that has been their policy for 5yrs. So I had to contact apple and send it to them to inspect and figure out what the problem with the earbuds. Now I have to wait and see if apple will replace or repair the problem with these new earbuds.

I only used them twice and both times the person either couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled. I ended up taking them back due to this issue. There was no point in keeping them if I couldn't be heard. They also fell out of my ears the two times I did wear them and try to talk on them. I have another pair of beats that I love but these were crap.
