I took them back to the store and they would not even give me a discount to purchase another pair. I let the store manager know about my negative feelings toward this and let him know that I would not be shopping in the store anymore. He let me know in these exact words "I don't care if you shop here or not!" I did get a full refund but I do not plan to purchase from Best Buy again after that remark.

So now my review Wonder if it's just me I use one earbud at a time ......but multiple times after wearing these I feel a slight pain radiating down my neck. Amazing battery life

Love the transparent audio feature as I love to be outside so not only do I get amazing sound quality but I am also able to hear what's going on around me. I also love the simple yet helpful tap features for navigating music apps and phone calls.
