She complains they hurt her ears compared to her old Beats. When we talk on the phone it is hard to hear her almost like the microphone is bad in them.

Back on the charger or reconnect it super upset with this plus Best Buy new in store policy which I am an online guy but regardless don’t think I would buy again & I am a super elite Best Buy member
