Couldn’t askk for better headphones. They are amazing

I love how loud and easy to use they are best earbuds hands down guys

A week after purchasing in the middle of a call the person wasn’t able to hear me. I tried to return to Best Buy where I purchased basically told me that the return date had expired and that has been their policy for 5yrs. So I had to contact apple and send it to them to inspect and figure out what the problem with the earbuds. Now I have to wait and see if apple will replace or repair the problem with these new earbuds.

By Far the worst headphones I have ever purchased. I only used them twice and both times the person either couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled. I ended up taking them back due to this issue. There was no point in keeping them if I couldn't be heard. They also fell out of my ears the two times I did wear them and try to talk on them. I have another pair of beats that I love but these were crap.

These Beats Studio Buds Plus work perfectly for personal use. For example, watching a show/listening to music by myself. But i can’t hear or be heard during calls, everything is really low on both ends. Also when i try to SharePlay for music or whatever, I can’t hear anything unless i disconnect and play from my speaker. I bought a few electronic devices for Christmas/Black Friday and this was my only regret. And I know the issue is the buds because I’ve switched to other devices (including my Beats Solos) and have not had any of those issues. I know all the other features are fine, but SharePlay is a large part of my everyday livelihood so it sucks to not to be able to utilize the feature due to these earphones.

I was looking for a replacement for my AirPods and these are it!

1. Uncomfortable, 2. Battery life isn’t good 3. Connection- must keep close to your phone

The beats are stylish and different. I was having issues with people on the phone could not hear me. The buds would fall out at the different occasions. I do have small ears.

Good with music. The microphone for conversation is suspect. It goes in and out and I was expecting clarity. Because they are beats and they are new and not refurbished. It sucks because I need them for speaking purpose as well. And I take a chance using the microphone because I need them while on the go.

I brought these as a gift for someone and they love them.

I returned this on a the sound quality was not to my liking. Sound quality is subjective but for me the music and call sound was a little flat.
