Microphone makes you sound muffled

Low quality for this price point

But… the noice cancelling is not good enough, the sound quality is sub-par (not anywhere near AirPods, classic or pro, and even lower sound quality than a 50$ anker ones). Also, whenever more than one source playing on my iPhone (say a game and an ad the same time) the sounds breaks and has many disruptions. Highly disappointed . I regret I missed the return window :(

Crappy

Had them for 2 years and they started crackiling all the time wothon the last 6 months and they are always loosing connectivty to my phone and the audio cuts in and out. Ill never buy another pair.

When I saw it at Best Buy, which saved me $70, I drove an hour away to pick it up. I used it for two days, unfortunately, it doesn't have a good connection. I went for a walk, I put the phone in a holster or in my pocket, and the Bluetooth connection was bad. The connection interfered with all the music. I thought that restarting it would fix the problem, but the problem persisted. I returned them.
