Defective item, defective satisfaction

When I received the item, only one earbud worked. After numerous calls and configuring, Best Buy settled to tell me they couldn’t replace my defective item but only refund me. After discussing placing another purchase for a “replacement”, but an entirely new purchase, the customer representative told me there was a bulk shipment damaged and this particular item could not be replaced. Heads up- buy in store and test them out there to make sure they actually work.

I was having issues with people on the phone could not hear me. The buds would fall out at the different occasions. I do have small ears.

Beats Studio Buds - Not Worth the Money

But it's' difficult to get the right fit in my ear. And half the time they don't work. And the time when they do work, it's only one. What a waste of money!
