Way better the I expected i am swap out apple air buds 2 PRO my 3rd pair for these Beats Studio buds and I’m Liking these way better

I have tried many different ear buds, I always prefer beats. My kid's are now using thier beats instead of thier airbuds

Overall it's a good product. The noise cancellation is not as great as air pods pro 2.

Mic stopped working less than a month. Dropped it off to Best Buy for repair or replacement which they said would be completed in 4-7 days. That was on October 22nd. As of today, November 15th Best Buy refuses to honor Total Tech Member warranty and provide a replacement. They’ve gone well outside of the estimated time frame and are throwing their hands up completely saying “well we had to send it to apple to repair and there’s nothing more we can do to help you. You’re just going to have to keep waiting despite the fact that you are a Total Member and have Apple Plus Care” both of which mind you claim to offer speedy repairs or replacement if the item can’t be fixed. Best Buy has become itching more than a glorified middleman taking your money to do what you could have done which is go to the manufacturer directly. These headphones are garbage and obviously not fixable. They’re neither worth the money or the extended protection you think you’re getting when you pay extra for Apple Care + and are a TotalTech member which they’ve now severely down graded and called “My Best Buy Total” …… waste of time and money! Just purchase from Amazon if you feel like gambling with these glorified ear plugs. They’d have taken the return and Id have gotten 5% cash back for the original purchase and saved the $179 a year I pay to receive the equivalent of no service at all from Best Buy. Now I have to contact Federal Trade Commission, log a complaint with the BBB and file for breach of contract warranty bc the quality of the earbuds and service from Best Buy is horrendous. Maybe I got a dud …..but with service like this it’s just not worth the gamble!

Excellent Bluetooth to my self because to small to earn

I bought these and the more I use them the more I like them. Easy to connect to devise. Quality sound!

Sound quality and ANC are decent but what drove this product down would be the fit. Despite the small and compact design, somehow it just wont fit in my ears right and keep sliding out with slight movement as much as walking. Because it gets loose when it slide out, ANC only half effective. Was thinking I'd love it for the retro style but disappointed for how it was designed.

The sound quality and comfort are great. The noise canceling feature allows me to shut off my surroundings and engulf myself into the music. This is indeed my bedt birthday gift

Sounds great and thankfully they came with tips. Too bad i lost them the very next day and got no support from best buy or apple.

Crystal clear sound with noise cancellation. Beats has always come through for me when it comes to listening to music without distractions. Definitely a great buy!

I really wanted these to permanently replace my AirPods, but they fell short. No matter which ear bud I used, they would constantly fall out! There was a faint crackling noise during certain songs, but volume was half way up. I went back to my AirPods within a couple months.

Great sound. I loved the noise canceling. It didn’t fit my ear to well. I had to go w the power Beats Pro.

Better than AirPod but not good as powerbeats. Still a good choice if you don’t want Airpod
