Good product, not great support

Best buy would not exchange it for the bluetooth version, us paying the difference. Said they couldn't. Sound is awesome and if your looking for wired earphones, this could be for you. If you want Bluetooth then don't buy them.

DISAPPOINTED IN YET ANOTHER BEATS HEADPHONE

This is 3rd pair of various beats I have owned and there has been something wrong with everyone of them When I return these I moving on to a different brand.
