Headphones need to be reset every couple of days to function.

My son loves it, he really exited that is is very convent that the headphones come with the charger already so he won't have to spend on the batteries. The sound is great.

Was expecting great things (thankfully I only paid $100, not the $399 original) but the capacitors on these things really seem to suck. I bought a pair of 50 Cents' headphones awhile back and they are durable, comfortable and can easily hand the Watts of my Roland TD-9, unlike the Beats, which clip and sputter once you get more than half volume. DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR THESE. They are great if you're just listening to your iPod or what-have-you, for low power devices, no problems. Luckily everyone wants these plastic garbage headphones so I was able to quickly resell them for a handsome profit.

Good product but I'm disappointed that there is no warranty

In the store they sound awesome but found out later it is because the sound output that is supplying the demos are a higher wattage than what you phone,iPod,MP3 or computer can supply. So for this reason your sound quality really diminishes. The noise canceling is absolutely a joke with these. Overall I was extremely disappointed. Took them back and got the Bose QC25. Now I'm happy

The product is pretty good for anyone that enjoys music.

This was a noise cancelling headphone that had a buzzing sound all the time - we returned the product the next day and purchased a Bose which isn't as pretty as the beats - but the sound quality is beautiful.

I really love my Metallic Sky color Beats studio. I am also a Bose QC25 owner. The QC25 can use both with or without battery mode. I don't expect the noise cancellation will as good as QC25, but I don't know why studio cannot use if the battery dead.

Bought them to plug into stereo system and to utilize them with my xbox one. Decent, the noise canceling doesnt block out all of the sound but does a decent job for over ear headphones. I recommend these headphones as a good choice for over ear headphones.

Had to reset a few times because they won't charge

I love the headphones, my biggest issue is that they leak so much noise. I don't want to have to worry about who can hear what I am listening to when listening with these in public. Other than that, they are great.

Not bad. I like it. But, it is so expensive for me.

I was lucky enough to buy this product on sale and it was a great buy. The sound quality is top notch. I like the display of the battery life and the button on the left ear to mute if you want to hear anything in the outside world.

Best headphones I have ever owned. My music has never sounded so good! I also like the noise-cancelling quality as well.

The electical cords have had many issues. New solution needed. Meed ro be allowed to upgrade would save best buy a lot of money. Wake up management read the cost savings it could be for you.

I was waiting for these Headphones to be my own Christmas present and finally got them on sale great purchase, only thing I don't like is if you let them run out of battery they won't work.

Main issues are that it has a hissing sound for the noise cancelling function and that there is no power off switch--you have to unplug the headphone jack to stop using the battery up. Would not recommend paying full retail price for the value.

I've always been a believer in "you get what you pay for." You get that, and much more with these headphones. Yes, I know there's even higher end headphones. But by comparison, the Beats Studio still hangs with them.

Blocks out sound from the gym so I only here my music. Only thing I don't like is that they don't hug tight enough around my ears and head, so when I lay back on the bench they almost always feel like they are going to fall off.
