Brittle Plastic Cracked Immediately

These headphones cracked: the headband literally cracked in half, easily as if it were just brittle plastic, just days after the 2 week return period ended. I bought for my wife as a gift, she used them only twice. They are completely unusable now. And of course, you cannot get in contact with anyone to help and we have no options, since the product and the maintenance plan would've been too expensive to purchase both.

Not worth $300.

I got this as a gift for my daughter. I can still hear the music when she wears them and when I tried them on I could still hear everything going on around me in the gym even while my music was playing.

I have a Android phone (Google Pixel 6) so I believe that can be the problem too. But the only great thing about these are how the noise cancelling works very well! And so does the transparency mode! And the case for the headphones are really great!!!

Non Replaceable Ear Cups

Easy to pair with iPhone and good sound, but upon learning that the ear cups are non replaceable, I could not recommend buying these headphones.

Great For Gym

However over time the ear muff part start to peeling. I’m not sure if the sweat causes it or cleaning them off from the sweat is causing them.
