    I could have purchased these literally anywhere and I never shopping Best Buy. They were a gift and my husband decided he wanted a different style I had no idea I only had 15 days to return them or else has it pay $59 for some yearly pls just to be able to return them. Completely unopened unused. There were like 10 employees that standing by the door and it took me a half hour just roger someone to actually get them out of the case as well. I won’t shop at best buy ever again.

    The fit and sound quality is great, but occasionally there will be a sound like static in the right ear piece. This comes and goes, and is pretty annoying.

    These work really well. Only one way they could improve these is by making the ear well of the headphones a slightly different shape so it doesn't press on the ear. It doesn't hurt, just a comfort/preference thing.
