These headphones are the worst ones that Apple/Beats have came out with, to be honest the studio 3s are better than this.

Electronic static noise in left side

Doesn't matter whether it's fully charged or nearly depleted, it has no effect. It almost sounds like a short circuit. Would seriously discourage buying this model.

The customer service was definitely a 0 out of 10. Best Buy charged me twice for the purchase and held my money for over a week before releasing it but only took 2 minutes to take it out my account!
