Ended up returning.....Bose blew these out of the water.

The headset was very nice. Unfortunately, the material seems to be of poor quality. My (older) son used the product gently at home, and only had to fold/stow it for travel twice. Within nine months, the plastic on one side, where the hinge connects the earphones to the headpiece, broke into pieces. We were very disappointed. Beats is an otherwise reliable brand.

Product is good. Description at the store is a little bit ambiguous. You don’t know the color of the product. So, if I could change something that would be my input.

Decent features for Apple users, however sound quality falls short of expectations vs other over ear at this price point. Prone to bugs and high pitched noises with ANC. These issues seems especially present in environments with a lot of Bluetooth devices.

When you purchased Beats, the beats base and audio quality. This product was certainly subpar and lacking both of that. I swiftly returned it.

I am a victim of peer pressure. The noise cancelation on this headphones is bad, it does not cancel anything and the headphones is fleamsy.

These headphones are average at best. They are not very loud and do not block out noise. I returned them.

Great for the gym but they suck when talking in the phone. People tell me I sound robotic or choppy.

Broke when i tried opening the headphone need a new one

Within one year with minimal use the headphones broke near the ear piece. Presumably from putting the headphones on and off.

Have problems with the volume and its not giving options to return. Really hoped toget another pair before Christmas.

Seem to be cheaper made than last set I lost only good thing is USB-c charging now and not as loud or as much base as old ones

These sound great but there is occassional static and loss of signal. I am returning and hopefully exchanging.

I will never purchase a pair of headphones or earphones that doesn't offer active noise canceling(ANC). I can get overstimulated easily and often just need to block out other noises so that I can focus on work. Working in a cubicle this can be externally important to me as it allows me to listen to quitter music while having the ANC on. The ANC was on and I was find myself turning up the volume to block out the noise around me.

Received a box with a stolen shirt in it. Door Dash delivered it with a slit on the side, tape in tact. Worse experience trying to get my $ back and $100. Gift card - had to cancel the order since they would clear the 2ns order.

I wish they have more color options like they do for the other models and the sound quality is not that good.

Not what I expected, they are not loud enough, & has no bass at all

These are absolutely terrible. I bought two of them and already experiencing knocking sounds and terrible connectivity in both of these. I've had 7$ headphones that connect better than these. Hopefully this review will give me a refund because at this point this specific pair is not even usable they're so terrible

Love the color of these headphones and are not that bad but feel they missed a lot of potential with these as there are similar priced headphones that offer more specs

No bass at all awful compared to the 5 year old threes took back a wwwk later basically a cheaper version of the AirPods max
