Noise cancelling is not the greatest

Very strange, also I have yo manyally paor the headpho es most times. The. they seem to just atay on gorever. Even when i think they are off they are atill actually on.

Motion Sickness

If you are prone to motion sickness, these will cause you to experience motion sickness while using the sound canceling feature. Still a great product though.

Didn’t last 6 months

I have purchased 2 sets of Apple air pods & they last about 6 months as well then went out. At this point, I don’t know what to think about Apple.

Management is awful at my local store! Management and store employees could careless about customer service, they are hard to deal with and do not have any compassion! There is no communication between online and the actual store, so if you order online to pickup in the store, you better hope you dont have a problem with the order! Wouldn't be surprised if Best buy files for bankruptcy in the next 5 years!
