Two of them have major issues with popping and cracking on one side. Even without the issues, my Bose headset is overall a little better.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m disabled and they refused to help with getting the exchange done without going to the store and two explained that wasn’t a option for me and basically said if you can’t go to the store then tough luck.

I’ve never had a pair of headphones do this. Certainly not ones this expensive. In addition, I rarely use them. They should not have stopped working properly so soon.
