Immediately one side started buzzing

Needs more innovation and higher quality materials

The design has not changed in more than a decade. The only think I enjoyed about this product was the easy pairing process with Apple products.

Not worth it

The ANC is trash compared to other brands in the same price range. For the price point Bose or Sony is a much better deal.

Not charging/ reset.

It doesn't charge since last week or can't reset per the instructions from support. I have to call and have been waiting for 30 minutes to connect to tech support to schedule in-person repair. I don't know how long it takes to fix it.

Poor Bass Quality

It has weak bass compared to the first generation of Beats headphones. I bought a set of headphones from Amazon for $80 which sound way better! "Deep Bass". It's very disappointing considering I paid over $300. Every since Apple took over the quality has gone down.
