Got them on sale for 179.99 on tax free week so was a great deal but they kept unpairing with my iphone 14 pro max and when listening to high bass music, some where mid way through the songs the bass would just go flat. I reboot the head phones and my phone and repaired and it repeated the same nonsense so I was over it and returned them. I eneded up purchased the Sony (long name for no reason…lol) XM5 but they are great!

I will reconsider purchasing open box items in the future. This item should have been discounted more in its condition, very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter.

I did connect the headphones to an iphone 16 usingthe cable the sound didn’t change, it wasn’t anything you’d expect

Unfortunately, the material seems to be of poor quality. My (older) son used the product gently at home, and only had to fold/stow it for travel twice. Within nine months, the plastic on one side, where the hinge connects the earphones to the headpiece, broke into pieces. We were very disappointed. Beats is an otherwise reliable brand.
