Sound quality is ok. They feel cheap and are uncomfortable. The ANC is trash compared to other brands in the same price range. For the price point Bose or Sony is a much better deal.

the headphone were weak in bass and the surround sound that when connected the feeling was weal as well.

I bought this on 12/24/2024. It doesn't charge since last week or can't reset per the instructions from support. I have to call and have been waiting for 30 minutes to connect to tech support to schedule in-person repair. I don't know how long it takes to fix it.

The noise cancellation on them is not good AirPod pro are better at that than this

I’ve owned these since Christmas, cheap plastic on the leg broke. Get the good warranty or they will tell you to kick rocks. Or so they say, doubt it though

Dont really think there was any big changes from old gen same sound quality and same bass only change was a slight improvement on noise cancellation and new usb c charging

They sounded like I was under water and the voice was so low they didn’t get loud and noises cancellation didn’t work i literally had my headphones for one day and I had to take them back the next day literally

Unfortunately, the headphones did not work when received. So I had to return them right away.

I'm very disappointed with the sound quality. It has weak bass compared to the first generation of Beats headphones. I bought a set of headphones from Amazon for $80 which sound way better! "Deep Bass". It's very disappointing considering I paid over $300. Every since Apple took over the quality has gone down.

I love these but after about two months of use (professionally by an adult only) they malfunctioned and would not pair.

Do not exceed or with these on especially if it’s intense and you are sweating. It’s like the sweat makes the sound stop. Have these for a mo th now and was such a wasteful but.

Really can’t write one got my package with no headphones, and now my my date keep changing for replacement might not have them by Xmas
