Poor customer service

The case that come with them is junk we opened it 3 times and the zipper broke. Company will not warranty told me to take back to best buy that is 250 miles away. I would say Beats customer service sucks.

Keep breaking

Went to the store in Waldorf and they said they are no longer doing and Apple repairs/ send off on any Apple peoduct. Trying to cut cost. Now O have to find a store or take them to the apple store.
