If I was in the market for new headphones I would choose something better. Despite this product being made by Apple it does not have any of apples best tech. If Apple products are your thing save up a little bit more and get the AirPods maxes. The product does what it’s designed to do and honestly has great sound, it’s just not worth the big price tag in my opinion.

Phone usage is good. Microphone is very clear. But like most headphones these days, not even close to being loud enough. I have to get a sound increase app to get it loud enough & then your sound quality turns to static ridden music.
