The only downside is the noise cancelling feature does not work as well as other brands e.g. Apple Air Pods Max.

I bought two for my both teenager sons for Christmas so definitely got a great deal! Now I don't have to listen to the never ending videos playing simultaneously, great for work out, foldable, comes with small case, battery lasts quite a while!

My son ended up breaking the headband part after having them only a few months. Because we had apple care, I was able to get them replaced (brand new) with no additional cost to me.

Pros: -Spatial Audio is nice -Noise cancellation is top tier -Audio quality is good not special though -Battery life is top notch Cons: -Made of plastic and feel cheap -Uncomfortable for working out -Can’t replace headband or ear cups Finally, Jay-z did it better with the old school headphones and these are not worth more than $100 in my opinion, thanks Apple.
