Since then I am on my fourth replacement pair. They stop charging. Thank God I have AppleCare. They are sending yet another pair out instead of replacing them with previously owned ones. I have little faith in this brand. The worst headphones ever!

Unfortunately, the material seems to be of poor quality. My (older) son used the product gently at home, and only had to fold/stow it for travel twice. Within nine months, the plastic on one side, where the hinge connects the earphones to the headpiece, broke into pieces. We were very disappointed. Beats is an otherwise reliable brand.

A purchased a pair previously about a year ago and the same thing happened and they were replaced. I suppose this is a common problem with this product or I'm just unlucky.

Prone to bugs and high pitched noises with ANC. These issues seems especially present in environments with a lot of Bluetooth devices.

I bought two of them and already experiencing knocking sounds and terrible connectivity in both of these. I've had 7$ headphones that connect better than these.
