So disappointing, might return. I have had beasts headphone in the past (Studio I think) and it was loud and had bass, which I loved. I had to get a new headphone bc one side broke (they were fragile back then) and it got worn out from use. So I got the Sony WH-1000XM3 wasn't as loud as the studio but wasn't bad and it had good features. Now, the Sony is worn out and I decided to go back to beats to get back that loud/bass sound, since I use them a lot for working out. BUT it's not loud at all and the bass is so low. The Sony sound a little louder and has a more bass. The Sony had a voice indicator that tell you when you are switching in between features (Ex: If you switch to noise cancellation, it will tell you. which I thought was great but seems like Beats doesn't have that. I also feel like i have to yell "Siri" for Siri to answer. I might just return it and see if I do some more search for a headphone with bass, loudest and good features.

The ear cups are nowhere near big enough. I have very average size ears, maybe even slightly below average, and the ear cups barely fit over my ears.

Needed a headphone for college, and my spouse got me them for a birthday present. They work great besides they cut out when connected to my phone. My laptop its fine or my spouse’s phone. Mine they cut out and i can hesr static. I know its my phone, so i know its not the headphones. 4 out of 5 stars
